Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.  Requires Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) and minimum 3 years experience. <p>Guided by the four Dominican pillars of study, reflection, community, and service, the Archbishop Alemany Library builds an innovative future on a solid foundation of tradition.  In its personalized commitment to the educational needs of patrons, in the development of its electronic and print collections, and in the design of its reference and instructional services, the Alemany Library is the scholarly heart of our region and a magnet for the intellectually curious.</p>
<p>Under the direction of the Executive Director, Library, the Head of Access Services, is responsible for the full range of circulation services and the maintenance of collections and service facilities in support of research, including planning, training and managing the Access Services Department. This person will also assist the Executive Director, Library in expanding services and connections with public and academic communities through a variety of consortial relationships.</p>
