Berkeley Public Library, Berkeley, California: Library Specialist II (Library Volunteer Coordinator)

General description and duties: This Library Specialist II will be working in the current vacancy as the Library Volunteer Coordinator. The Library Volunteer Coordinator recruits and coordinates Library wide volunteers in support of a variety of Library programs and special project needs.

Minimum qualifications: requires 3 years (full-time equivalent) library support experience similar to Library Assistant or Library Specialist I in the BPL system. Two years full-time equivalent of college course work maybe substituted for up to two years of library support on a year for year basis.
