| Description: | Librarian I/II (Catalog librarian) Berkeley Public Library Berkeley, CA 94704 (2) full time positions Annual Salary: Librarian I level $47,604 - 57,072 Annual Salary: Librarian II level $52.368 - 62,292 Annual Salary: Excellent benefits Position Description: The successful candidate will perform original & copy cataloging of adult, Asian language and children's materials in a variety of formats, including assigning call numbers and modifying subject headings. One vacancy is 50% Asian language cataloging; fluency in at least one Asian language (preferably Chinese) is highly desirable. Required Qualifications: Librarian I level=MLS, Librarian II level=MLS + 2 (FTE) years profession experience.
