| Description: | The Library seeks a full-time Librarian. This is a recently created position, as the campus has grown dramatically in both program number (12 programs in Psychology, Education and Business) and student body size of almost 600 students. Argosy University / San Francisco Bay Area (AU/SFBA, formerly the American School of Professional Psychology) is comprised of fifteen campuses, nationwide. The AU/SFBA campus offers graduate programs at the master's and doctoral levels in clinical and counseling psychology, education, and business; and bachelor degree completion programs in psychology and business. By Fall 2006, we will have over 600 students, attending weekday, weeknight, and weekend courses. AU/SFBA serves a diverse student body and encourages applications from under-served populations. For more information about the campus, go to http://www.argosyu.edu/sanfrancisco/ Responsibilities: The Librarian assists the Director of Library Services in the operation of the AU/SFBA Library, with particular responsibility for cataloging (95% copy cataloging), supervising student assistants who perform all circulation functions and book processing, and maintaining library user guides and bibliographies. Secondary responsibilities involve reference and research instruction and supervision of a part-time Interlibrary Loan assistant. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements:
