Legal Reference Librarian, Library Associates [Recruiter], Beverly Hills, CA

Library Associates seeks experienced candidates for the full-time, regular position of Legal Reference Librarian for a position in the San Francisco Bay area. This is a full-time, regular position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work in a dynamic, growing firm supporting the reference needs of a diverse group of attorneys and staff;
• Perform legal and non-legal/business reference and research services utilizing electronic and print resources;
• Perform client outreach activities in conjunction with library staff and goals to further the research partnership between the library and the attorneys/staff;
• Participate in professional activities, as appropriate, representing the firm;
• Work with the firm's other librarians and staff.

Qualifications:

• MLIS/MLS;
• 2–5 years of reference experience in a law library;
• LexisNexis, Westlaw, other online databases used for business and legal research and print resources;
• Professionalism, excellent customer-service and communication skills.
