Evening Circulation Supervisor & Document Delivery Manager, Saint Mary's College of California, Moraga, CA

Saint Mary’s College invites applications for an Evening Circulation Supervisor & Document Delivery Manager for Access Services in the Library to oversee late evening Circulation and Reserves services using the Innovative Interfaces, Inc. (III) System. The position is full-time Sundays through Thursdays between 5:00pm and 1:30am with holiday and summer hours to be arranged.

Qualifications:

• minimum AA degree or a certificate in Library Technology and two (2) years of directly related library experience, in higher education or similar setting; experience in an academic library highly desirable
• experience with an integrated, automated circulation system, preferably III, fax, and scanner, e-mail, and Microsoft Office software
• experience with ERes or other electronic reserve systems highly desirable
• ability to organize, prioritize, delegate tasks, handle multiple assignments and work with frequent interruptions with a minimum of supervision
• excellent listening, organizational, verbal, and written skills; excellent service ethic; reliability and punctuality are essential
• prior supervisory experience a plus
