Under the general supervision of the Technical Services Librarian, the Acquisitions Coordinator is responsible for initiating and directing the flow of new materials through the library's Technical Services Department.  Duties include the ordering and receiving of library materials, management of library materials funds, acting as a liaison with vendors, and participation in the library's Collection Development Committee. 

Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent law library experience will be considered.  A minimum of three years experience in a library technical services department required.  Experience with integrated library systems, particularly III's Millennium as well as knowledge of library acquisitions procedures is highly desirable. 

Must be able to interact well with library staff and other school employees at all organizational levels.  Keen attention to detail and proficiency with numbers necessary. 

This opportunity offers an annual hiring salary range of $38,748-$54,252 commensurate with experience and an excellent fringe benefits package.
