The UCSF Library and Center for Knowledge Management seeks applications from qualified individuals for the position of Clinical Research Customer Service, classified as an Analyst IV. As a member of the Virtual Home team, the incumbent has a primary responsibility for directly responding to customer service requests through the CTSI Concierge Desk and for developing and maintaining timely, relevant and accurate content for the CTSI web site and the Virtual Home portal; the incumbent also participates in the Virtual Home Team’s efforts to design, build and staff all aspects of the Virtual Home, including the Technology-Enhanced Collaboration Environment (TEC-E), the CTSI web site, the Virtual Home portal, the Concierge Desk and Translational Connections; perform other duties as assigned.
